All experts on the platform are vetted by The Team Around You. They are either professionals we have worked with directly or have been recommended by close colleagues we trust. This ensures there is always only one degree of separation between us and the experts we recommend.
Our experts cover all areas of the music industry in depth, from marketing to touring, legal, and distribution. We are continuously expanding our expert base to keep up with new industry developments.
Each expert has a bio outlining their skills and experience. Some experts also have videos where they introduce themselves and their expertise. You can review these details to find the best match for your needs.

Booking Sessions
Booking is simple. Click through to an expert’s bio page, where you will find a booking link. You will need to create an account to complete the booking.
Yes, an account is required to manage your bookings and receive session confirmations.
You can book as far in advance as you like, depending on the expert’s availability.
You will receive a confirmation email with details about the session, including the date, time, and location (whether online or in-person).
We recommend identifying your top priorities in advance. If you have clear challenges, send them to the expert ahead of time. If you're unsure about your priorities, come prepared with an understanding of where you are and where you’d like to go.
Yes, as long as you contact the expert at least two days before the session, you won’t be charged. Once the session is canceled, you’ll have the opportunity to reschedule.
If an expert cancels, you will not be charged. If an expert repeatedly cancels at the last minute, we will work with them to address scheduling challenges, as we respect your time.
Payments and Fees
The session cost is clearly listed on each expert’s bio page.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You can pay directly via the booking link on the expert’s bio page.
All major payment methods are accepted through Stripe.
Your payment is processed immediately but is held by The Team Around You until the session is completed. The expert is paid 48 hours after the session.
No, there are no additional fees beyond Stripe’s processing charges.
Yes, Stripe will issue a receipt for all payments.
Refunds and Cancellations
Yes, you can request a full refund at least two days before the session.
If you cancel more than two days in advance, you won’t be charged. If you cancel later than that, we will need to pay the expert, and a refund will not be possible.
If this happens, you will not be charged. We monitor expert cancellations to ensure reliability.
Yes, if you have an issue, please contact The Team Around You, and we will help resolve it.

We ensure all experts are vetted and follow professional standards. Additionally, Stripe handles all financial transactions securely.
