Beth Cherry has spent a decade at the sharp end of the music industry, from Warner Music Group and NME to Venice Music and Chartmetric, and now works directly with artists through The Team Around You.

She's led global campaigns for Coldplay, Gorillaz and PinkPantheress, and helped emerging artists including Caity Baser, Chloe Slater and Amie Blu build real, lasting momentum. She knows how the industry works at scale, understands the data behind it, and is just as comfortable championing an artist in a label or DSP meeting as she is in a session helping someone figure out their next move.

What really drives her is people. She's studying psychology alongside her consultancy work because she believes that sustainable careers in music aren't just about strategy and data. They're about understanding human behaviour in an industry that moves fast and often demands more than it gives.
