Today, I work as a fractional marketing and strategy partner to artists, managers, and teams, helping shape campaigns, unlock audience growth, improve streaming performance, and turn creative vision into clear, actionable plans.
I previously led B1 Recordings’ UK operations at Sony Music and ran a leading promotions and radio plugging company, working with some of the most influential electronic and pop artists globally.
Career highlights include a Grammy Award for SAINt JHN 'Roses' (Imanbek Mix), TikTok’s European Campaign of the Year ('Pedro', 75M+ views), breaking Joel Corry at UK radio, and securing BBC Radio 1’s first ever daytime playlist for Weiss with the now Platinum track 'Feel My Needs'.
I have led multiple UK chart topping campaigns generating billions of streams, and earned a fair few Gold and Silver discs in the process, including from records built through audience growth rather than obvious chart moments.
More importantly, I work closely with artists and their teams to bring clarity, focus, and momentum to their campaigns, whether that is planning a release, growing an audience, building real fan engagement, improving streaming and playlist performance, or turning early traction into long term momentum.
