Brandon Myers is a music entrepreneur and founder of Marmalade, a London-based, purpose-driven music group built around one core belief: that artists thrive when their careers are guided by a deeper purpose. Marmalade partners with artists not just to manage projects, but to co-create long-term visions—fuelling creative growth, clarity of mission, and cultural impact.
Originally from Maryland, United States, Brandon began his music journey managing independent artists in Chicago, where he saw firsthand how easily creativity could be compromised by industry pressure. In 2021, he relocated to London with the intention of building something different—an artist-first model that bridges the US and UK scenes while staying grounded in meaning, values, and community.
Brandon works as an Artist Vision Partner, a term he coined to reflect a more intentional and collaborative approach to artist development. He works side-by-side with a global roster—including Georgia Webster, Mac Adams, Still Pigeon, Lukr, YAZ, rallycap, Rascal Martinez, Tony Sage, and Oscar Joe Gross—helping them define what success means on their own terms, and build artist businesses that are aligned with their creative identities and purpose.
What sets Marmalade apart is its focus on intentionality over industry playbooks. It’s a creative ecosystem powered by partnerships that share its mission, including BSI Merch + Artist Services, Wixen Music UK, Thought Collective, Deluxxe, The Ministry, That Sound Studio, and Big Pond. These collaborations aren't just about infrastructure—they’re about building a community that believes in the same values: authenticity, independence, and cultural contribution.
Brandon also curates Marmalade Presents, an intimate monthly showcase at The Ministry spotlighting artists with bold voices and clear purpose, and The Marmalade Spread, a radio show celebrating emerging talent, deep conversations, and future-facing sound.
Through Marmalade, Brandon is leading a new kind of music movement—where business is built around belief, and success is measured not just by metrics, but by meaning. At every level, Marmalade exists to serve artists who create with intention, impact, and a deeper purpose.
Brandon Myers is one of the most exciting young entrepreneurs I’ve had the privilege to collaborate with. On arrival in the Uk this young American powerhouse, fuelled by passion, positivity and vision, wasted no time in creating The Marmalade Group. Marmalade, a creative music organisation, with the theme of service and ‘a deeper purpose’ as its driving force, aligns with and promotes Brandon’s personal values and mission. As his global brand builds, the impact in elevating artists’ careers, developing his growing team and bringing through the next generation of creative entrepreneurs is on a fast upward trajectory. This is the One To Watch!
