I facilitate independent artists to release and market their music successfully, combining empathetic communication with a deep understanding of the realities of putting out music in 2025. My current role as Label Manager for global independent distribution company IDOL involves working closely with labels and artists on campaign strategy, developing audiences, and effectively promoting their music. I encourage labels and artists to take ownership of their organic fanbase, and use detailed analytics to drive decision making in an increasingly complex landscape. My career in the music industry started at jazz bar and record label Kansas Smitty’s in 2016. I was responsible for venue programming, artist liaison, and stage management for festival takeovers. I also tour managed the house band; these experiences sparked my interest in working with independent artists.
