My career started as a radio producer at Radio 1 & 1Xtra, then moved into Label Management at Chase & Status' MTA Records, from there I founded HALE Artists management company 10 years ago.

Clients include Toddla T, Rizzle Kicks, Jamz Supernova, IRAH, Coco, Billy Lockett, DJ Ace, plus various producers and mix engineers.

I have signed multiple recording, publishing and branding deals, worked with top tier live agents, publicists, radio pluggers, music lawyers, content & social teams. Working across majors and independents, and launching several artist owned record labels.

I identify key objectives and create a roadmap to get there, removing blockages along the way.

I enjoy working with artists who have a great work ethic as well as talent, who are open to new ways of doing things.
