Helena's career started as a radio producer at BBC Radio 1 & 1Xtra, then moved into Label Management at Chase & Status' MTA Records, from there she founded HALE Artists management company 10 years ago. Current clients include Rizzle Kicks (co-management), Toddla T, and drum & bass artist IRAH, with previous successes including Billy Lockett, Jamz Supernova, Coco, DJ Ace, plus various producers and mix engineers.

She has secured major label deals, lead Rizzle Kicks' comeback album campaign, orchestrated viral TikTok campaigns generating millions of streams, and placed artists on major platforms like James Corden's Late Late Show.

Helena has negotiated multiple recording, publishing and branding deals, working with top tier live agents, publicists, radio pluggers, music lawyers, content & social teams across majors and independents, while launching several artist-owned record labels and events.

Her approach focuses on hybrid strategies that blend traditional industry relationships with digital-first marketing. She identifies key breakthrough moments and creates strategic roadmaps to capitalize on them, removing industry blockages along the way and adapting quickly to shifting market dynamics.

Helena enjoys working with artists who have strong work ethic as well as talent, who are open to innovative approaches to career building. Beyond management, she mentors emerging artists and collaborates on industry development programs.
