Phil spent a decade as a working musician, with his own (modest) share of success in the 00s, before moving behind the scenes. Over 15 years at AWAL (Sony Music) he rose to VP of Artist Support, leading international teams that looked after thousands of artists. He has seen firsthand what works, what doesn't, and why (Djo, Yung Lean, Bruno Major).
