14+ years driving sync strategy and creative partnerships across the global music landscape — from major and independent rights holders to production music libraries, composer agencies, catalogue management, and music funds.

At Warner Chappell (2014–2019), I was part of an award-winning sync team, responsible for the UK TV market during the SVOD explosion. I built close creative partnerships with the UK roster spanning Radiohead, Blur, Sex Pistols, Michael Kiwanuka, London Grammar, Skepta, Stormzy, Dave and more — placing the WCM catalogue in at era-defining TV projects including Black Mirror, Peaky Blinders, Sex Education, The Crown, Top Boy, Love Island, and Made In Chelsea.

At Wise Music (2019–2022), I championed a versatile composer roster into major Film & TV scoring opportunities, securing commissions with BBC, ITV, Sky, Netflix, Amazon, and Apple TV. I also led Bosworth Music, the production music arm, commissioning and A&R'ing library music releases from concept through to release.

At Recognition (formerly Hipgnosis) (2022–2026), I led the UK-based global sync team, driving pitches for major sync opportunities worldwide and partnering with external stakeholders to maximise deal conversion. I spearheaded creative initiatives that grew sync revenue, served as account management lead across all administration partner sync teams, and shaped territory-specific strategies that expanded catalogue visibility and sync activity globally.

Today, I run Turn Music — a consultancy helping artists, songwriters, rights holders, and management companies understand their sync business, spot untapped opportunities, and make sharper, smarter commercial decisions.
