Luke Mulligan is an Australian artist manager, tour and production manager, and music industry professional with over 22 years of experience spanning artist management, international touring, live production and the broader music business.

As co-founder and director of Circa 41, an Australian artist management, touring and production company established in 2013, Luke has built a diverse career working across both the creative and commercial sides of the industry. In various capacities, he has worked with some of Australia's most recognised artists, including Empire of the Sun, PNAU, Angus & Julia Stone and The Cat Empire.

His experience encompasses artist management and development, national and international touring, live production, technical direction, budgeting, logistics and the commercial operations that support successful music careers. Working closely with artists, managers, booking agents, promoters, record labels and other industry stakeholders has given Luke a broad understanding of how the different parts of the music business operate and intersect.

Beyond his work with artists, Luke is a member of the Association of Artist Managers (AAM) and has contributed his industry expertise to Creative Australia through the assessment of arts funding applications. In 2024, he was recognised internationally in IQ Magazine's LGBTIQ+ List, celebrating influential professionals making an impact across the global live music industry.
