I’ve spent the last 20 years working at the forefront of music, culture, content and technology. My time as a founding member of the Apple Music team gave me a deep appreciation for the quiet work that goes into building global platforms.

Before that, my decade in the Middle East—and a career spanning broadcasting, talent development and artist relations—showed me how to operate in fast-moving, high-stakes environments.

These experiences didn't just give me a view of the industry; they gave me a unique window into the people who lead it.

Today, I bring that experience to my practice as a consultant and coach. I believe that the most meaningful work comes when someone feels steady in their own vision. My role is to act as a partner for those who shape our culture in one way or another—providing the space to step back, gain perspective, and find clarity.
