I've directed 1:1 management and booking strategy for Grammy nominated R&B artist Kenyon Dixon since 2016, negotiating domestic and international tour dates, hosting engagements, and brand partnerships, while growing his revenue through sync licensing, merchandise, and live events.

As Co-Founder of Ryan & Craig Entertainment, I've sourced, secured, and executed partnerships with brands including Google Pixel, JBL, Pioneer DJ, Coinbase, WME, and Revolt TV, producing immersive activations, launch events, and showcases across multiple markets. I lead GL:DN:HR (Golden Hour), our flagship DJ culture and music brand, and RNB Forever, a recurring R&B showcase I co-produce annually at SXSW in Austin, which has since expanded to BET Weekend, ComplexCon, and Milk & Cookies Week at RenderATL.

My industry relationships were also built over three years as Community Manager at Vydia, where I secured partnerships with organizations including Meta, BMI, The Recording Academy, SXSW, SESAC, Red Bull, and Pandora, and managed yearly event budgets exceeding $600,000.

I stay active in the broader music community through several committee and advisory roles, including the Advocacy Committee for The Recording Academy (2025-2027), the Professional Development Committee for The Recording Academy (2023-2025), GRAMMY Next Gen Advisor (2024), More in Music Bridge Advisor (2024-2025) and Executive Board member (2026), and the BERG Collective Leadership Committee.
