Phil will guide the campaign throughout the programme, working with you in fortnightly strategy sessions to review progress, refine plans, and ensure the project stays focused on the right opportunities.
⇾ Marketing Lead - Tom Fish
Expert on content strategy for artists across social channels. How does paid marketing can be used to ensure we optimiz for release week streaming? How do you lean in to your artist story? Which channels you should be focussing on?
⇾ Release Strategy Lead - Beth Cherry
Expert on how we position the project for streaming opportunities and timing for releases while making space for the creative process. With experience of complex schedules for artists at all levels Beth is perfectly placed to guide timing and strategy.
⇾ Kickoff Campaign Meeting
At the start of the programme we bring together the wider expert team supporting your release. This session ensures everyone understands the mission for the project, the strategy behind the campaign, and where each specialist can contribute most effectively.
⇾ Specialist Sessions
In addition to the ongoing support, the programme includes 4–6 specialist sessions with experts chosen based on the needs of your project.
