He's worked with hundreds of artists - from first thousands of streams to millions and has been on the label side prioritising and signing projects, so he understands what gets attention and why.

Frustrated by the industry's indifference to early-stage artists, he left to create - The Team Around You - a platform where artists books sessions (starting at £60/hour) with experts who've helped hundreds build sustainable careers.
